Keeping rates for city services low,
attracting new businesses, maintaining safe and productive schools, and strong
public safety are chief accomplishments during the my tenure.
I have recently issued this statement, “My primary mission in the
city of Chesapeake is continued service to the people and restored
confidence in local government
for great strides in Chesapeake’s
fiscal management.”
Councilman
Collins welcomes and encourages all Chesapeake residents to
bring issues and concerns before the Council whenever there is a
need. As your current Council elected representative, it is my
duty to hear your concerns and it is your right and your
responsibility to send your concerns to me. The City
Council meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second, third and fourth
Tuesdays of each month in the Council Chambers on the first
floor of City Hall, 306 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322.
I'll see you there!
